If anyone knows where is this man please report to the Portuguese authorities to be brought to justice. He committed several crimes against the Portuguese sovereignty, economic down-turn which originates the destruction of the people's hope to get jobs, personal boasting, and dark business across state new and unnecessary works, as brand new motorways (tool roads) in all directions.
