Baltic Staff taking over

Amazing situation now in England: Girls from Latvia and Lithuania (and surroundings areas) are taking over the management in British economy. The only reason I can see is their physical attractiveness. The bosses are delighted with their beauty and melted down before the situation. Others start relationship with some and afterwards this girls become powerful in the factories, in the recruitment agencies, etc. What's happen is European and even British workers are sent home (fired) and their people (Russians) are employed instead. Many Baltic workers are not able to say a single word in English but doesn't matter anymore. I'm surprised,  because some years ago even for a simple chicken factory the managers requested a serious induction. Now the girls from Russia cover their people and they don't need any English. In the factories they are working in groups, they cover each other, they don't like others (from different countries),   and further and further the British economy become Russian. This is not racism, is disagreement before the mixt up of wine and water.
