The employers in UK are asking questions to the employees in theirs applications which are against the law. One is about religion. Why religion matters for them? Why should I declare my faith? Ridiculous, because all the jobs (except in churches, mosques and synagogues) must be done in equal way no matters the believes. Other pathetic and unacceptable question is bank statement in interviews. Why matters my bank account for employers? Also they ask sexual orientation! Why?, to prevent or to prepare situations? And if we answer "I use to sleep with a goat" they just put the application in the rubbish bin. Employers are taking advantage of the situation. Many people (foreign) are begging for work. But we should not be naked in the search of jobs.
