Thieves everywhere

1. In England the situation is critical. Thieves are everywhere. We are deceived wherever  we are trying to pay anything. Is MOT, they request repairs, we agree in order to go forward, they don't do the repairs, but they charge and so passed the vehicle. About insurance they say gonna charge £300 and afterwards a letter arrives with £400 instead to pay. Also they send us for every little service or product to the internet, and as you know, we must pay immediately. I payed the renew of my CPC course  online, as the school asked, the bank took the money from my account immediately  and site said: "Card failed". I was in trouble to get my money back. There are no shame, there are no scare to steal our money. This society is nothing but rubbish, so many monsters!  They look like big infants, really scum. In other countries exists also thieves but they do things more or less in sophisticated way. Here in UK they thing we (humble foreign people) are all stupid. Big mistake.
